My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great for exploring Old Town Albuquerque and downtown events, but the pool cleanliness left much to be desired. The rooms were decently set up facing the mountain side, yet the hard mattress and stained bathrooms were disappointments. The service, while generally attentive, had hiccups with rudeness towards complaints and attempted charges for free amenities. The dining experience was satisfactory with a variety of choices, but improvements could be made to enhance the overall quality of the stay.

Rooms

The rooms facing the mountain side were decently prepared, but the hard mattress and stained bathrooms detracted from the overall comfort.
Service
7.0
The staff pride themselves on taking care of guests, but my experience was marred by rudeness when I raised issues and attempted charges for complimentary amenities.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was excellent for exploring Old Town Albuquerque and downtown events, but the unmaintained pool with floating debris was uninviting for a swim.

The dining experience offered a variety of choices and satisfactory service, making it a decent option during the stay.
Facilities
The facilities provided served their purpose adequately, but attention to cleanliness, especially concerning the pool, could greatly enhance the guest experience.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the location is simply perfect, with convenient transportation options and easy access to various activities. However, the rooms left something to be desired, showing signs of wear and tear. The service was a bit of a hit and miss, with some excellent attentiveness but also some disruptions to our privacy. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with some pleasant surprises but also some disappointments.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms facing the mountain side offered a cool view of downtown but were disappointing. They were tired, with stained carpets and malfunctioning plugs. The antique shower head didn't enhance the experience.
Service
6.0
The service had its moments. While the staff made sure our meals were served promptly and as expected, they also tried to charge us for complimentary items and intruded on our privacy early in the morning.
Location
7.0
The location is a double-edged sword. While it's perfect for getting around and walking to places, the parking situation can be tricky due to limited space. However, the van service availability was a nice touch.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience had its ups and downs. On one hand, we enjoyed the finger food, but the timing of meal services was occasionally an issue. A free meal that ended past the scheduled time was a disappointment.
Facilities
The facilities at the hotel were adequate, though nothing exceptional was noted.

7.8/10

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The location was perfect for my event at the Albuquerque Convention Center, but it did become quiet in the evenings. The dining experience was average, and the prices for some items were a bit high. The facilities overall were good, though.

Rooms
8.0
My room was one of the nicer ones, and it came with a Mountain View. Although I was switched to a smaller room, I still paid the same price.
Service
9.0
The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They were especially attentive to our grandson and took extra time to make our stay memorable.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was perfect for our needs. It was a short underground walk from the Albuquerque Convention Center, where we spent most of our time. The on-site staff was professional, easy to work with, and flexible.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were pretty mediocre, and some items were overpriced. However, the hotel's European dishes were quite good.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had standard facilities that met our needs during our stay.
